Standard Classes
We have a simple pricing structure for all our courses (8 x weekly class)
Does not include Sultry Flow or Intro to Sultry (see Specialty Class Prices)
First 8 Week Course = $250/term
Additional 8 Week Course = $150/term
Example: You want to do 2 classes per week, Beginners and Chair
Beginners = $250/term
Chair = $150/term
Total for 2 class per week = $400/term
Term 3 Bookings
Specialty Classes
Our specialty classes eg Sultry Flow are $270 for first class and $170 as an additional class
As a First Course = $270/term
As an additional Course = $170/term
Example: You want to do 2 classes per week, Intermediate 1 and Sultry Flow
Intermediate 1 = $250/term
Sultry Flow = $170/term
Total for 2 class per week = $420/term
Casual Classes
We open all our classes for casual bookings
from Week 1 of each term
$25 Enrolled Students/Class
$35 Non-Enrolled Students/Class
$35 Enrolled Students/Sultry Class
$40 Non-Enrolled Students/Sultry Class
All of our levelled classes (Beginners - Advanced) are designed to be taken as an
8 week term as the content builds each week.
If you are new to the studio and want to
try a levelled class before committing to the term,
we open our levelled classes for casual bookings during
Week 1 and 2 of each term only
If you are new to Pole Class your first casual class is only $20,
all subsequent classes are as per our non-enrolled student prices

Cancellation Policy
Payment & Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance being charged to card on file 15 days after initial purchase or first week of the term (whichever is sooner). If course fees are not paid in full by the end of week 2 of term then your place in the course cannot be held. If balance remains outstanding you will not be able to attend classes. Deposits paid prior to the commencement of the course are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please choose carefully as refunds or the transfer of course fees to another term will not be permitted. This also applies to fees for casual classes and workshops. If you provide less than 6 hours notice of non attendance for a casual class you will not be given a catch up.
Pole Class Pty Ltd may change or cancel a class or course if minimum class numbers are not met. In the event of a class or course being cancelled, every effort will be made to offer a class on an alternative day and time. If we are not able to offer a suitable alternative class, a refund will only be granted at the discretion of Pole Class Pty Ltd.
Pole Class Pty Ltd advertise classes with instructors, there may be occasions when the instructor needs to be replaced with an alternative instructor. Refunds will not be granted where the advertised instructor is replaced with a new instructor.
Catch up classes
We recommend you try not to miss your class if possible because there may not always be room in an alternative class for a catch up. To be eligible for a catch up class you need to provide a minimum 6 hrs notice of non-attendance of your class. Why do we require notice? We hold a spot in the class for you and if you cannot attend this spot can be used by another student. If you don’t provide us with sufficient notice then we cannot allow other students to take your spot and we will mark it as though you have attended the class. If you book a catch up class and do not provide more than 6 hours notice of non attendance the class will be forfeited.
However, if you do miss a class you can do a catch up class in the same level class at another day and time provided there is space available in the nominated class. Alternatively, you can choose to do a non-level class such as pole dance or flex. Catch ups must be used in the same term and cannot be carried over to the following term. If you do not use your catch ups in the same term they cannot be refunded or credited.
