Pole dancing is a great full-body workout that will leave you feeling empowered and energized. Plus, it’s a great way to meet new people and try something new!

Sign up for our $20 trial class today and see for yourself how pole dancing can transform your body and your mindset.

We offer $20 Trial Classes. 

If you book in for the 8 week term (or 4 week mini term) we will deduct the $20 trial class from your term fees. We also give all new beginners who sign up for the 8 week term two additional free casual classes* to try one of our beginner friendly classes such as flex, static or chair.

I have no upper body strength

No one is strong when they start pole dancing, that is why we do it, to get stronger and fitter, in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. We will teach you moves that will gradually increase your strength week after week.

What do I wear?

Shorts and tee/tank as you will need to grip the pole with your knees. Shoes are not required, most beginners dance in bare feet. We recommend not using hand or body moisturiser on the day of your class as it can affect your grip.

What do I bring?

A water bottle and hand towel. Bring a yoga mat if you want for warm up (optional).

*Free casual classes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers eg Early Bird classes. Only 2 fee casual classes are applicable per student per term.
