BEGINNER CLASSES

Beginners 8 week courses will start in
Term 3 (commencing week starting 28 April) $120 for 8 weeks

You can try a class using our $15 Beginner Class Pass at any time you don't need to wait until the start of the new term

I have no upper body strength

No one is strong when they start pole dancing, that is why we do it, to get stronger and fitter, in a fun, supportive and friendly environment. We will teach you moves that will gradually increase your strength week after week.

What do I wear?

Shorts and tee/tank as you will need to grip the pole with your knees. Shoes are not required, most beginners dance in bare feet. We recommend not using hand or body moisturiser on the day of your class as it can affect your grip.

What do I bring?

A water bottle and hand towel. Bring a yoga mat if you want for warm up (optional).
