BEGINNER TASTER CLASS

Curious about pole dancing? Our Beginner Taster Class is the perfect way to give it a go — no experience needed! In this fun and supportive class, you’ll learn some basic moves, build confidence, and get a taste of the strength, flow, and empowerment that pole dancing brings. It’s a great chance to try something new, meet new people, and see what our studio is all about. Just bring yourself (and a little curiosity) — we’ll take care of the rest!

YOU DON'T TO BE STRONG TO START

No one is strong when they start pole dancing, that is why we do it. To be come strong! We progressively teach you from the ground up at your own pace.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

​Shorts and tee/tank as you will need to grip the pole with your knees. Shoes are not required, most beginners dance in bare feet. We recommend not using hand or body moisturizer on the day of your class as it can affect your grip.

WHAT DO I BRING? 

A water bottle and hand towel. Bring a yoga mat if you want for warm up (optional).
